It’s lent, people make sacrifices, or try to give something up to better their life. Lent is the new, New Year. I gave up cigarettes, and alcohol. Maybe I went to far, I don’t know. I actually gave them up on Sunday, I don’t know if that still counts as being a lent sacrifice. It’s been a long time coming, I’ve been a smoker for 11 years. I never thought I’d actually admit I was a smoker, normally when people broach the subject I sheepishly say, “I’m not a smoker, but more so someone who smokes cigarettes.” Cigarettes and Big Tobacco, we’ve had a good run. Don’t let the door hit you in the ass on the way out.
